I have started my annual pre conferences with principals.
Eva, every principal has shared something that they have learned from you. By having us/all of our principals imagine their own personal vision, you inspired some to create a new updated mission and vision based on what they learned from your session at the retreat. Focusing on vision has led them to creating rigorous smart goals with their staff to ensure the majority of our student scholars reach at least proficiency on the end of year state assessments. Your experience and leadership has continued to positively impact the principals in our district. They continue to ask for more time with you to coach, guide, model, and troubleshoot with them. I know because of your influence we will become an A school district and that is what our student scholars and their families deserve.
